Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be purchased from Titanic Spa and through our online shop on our website www.titanicspa.com. Gift Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers are redeemable against our Titanic Spa Signature and Titanic Spa Break Collections, Spa Therapy, Products or Bistro Dining. When you wish to make payment for your Spa visit by Voucher, please inform the Reservations Team when you are making your booking. You must send your voucher along with a covering letter within 5 days of making your reservation to confirm your booking with us.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check in to the Apartment is from 2pm on your arrival day, although you may arrive at the Spa and start using the facilities from 10am. Please note that guests must arrive by 8pm to check in to a Spa Apartment as 24hr manned reception is not available at Titanic Spa.
Guests are advised to arrive 30 minutes before the treatments commence to relax and enjoy the surroundings. If clients are late for their appointment the time will be deducted from the length of the scheduled treatment. If your package includes The Titanic Heat Experience we recommend you allow a minimum of 2 hours before or following a treatment to fully utilise the area.
Check out is by 10am on your departure day, although you may continue to use the facilities of the Spa until 3pm. Should you require a late checkout please speak with our Reception Team, however a small charge may apply.
What to bring
For all treatments we will provide you with a luxury bathrobe, towel and slippers. Swimwear is obligatory in The Titanic Heat Experience area at all times.
Etiquette As a courtesy to other clients and to preserve the ambience of the Spa we request that clients switch off their mobile phones at all times within the spa/club areas. The spa/club is entirely non-smoking.
Children Due to the active nature of the products Spa users must be a minimum age of 16 years. |

Location
By road we are 4 hours from Edinburgh, 3.5 hours from London, 2 hours from Birmingham and just 1 hour from York. We are 25 minutes from our local airport Leeds/Bradford, 40 minutes from Manchester and only 45 minutes from Sheffield. Titanic Spa is located 15 minutes outside Huddersfield centre, just off the A62 towards Oldham, nestled in the charming village of Linthwaite. Guests travelling by train should arrive to Huddersfield train station. For connections by bus please refer to www.wymetro.com, Bus Route 348. All bookings are subject to Titanic Spa Terms & Conditions, which are now available on request.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that there can on occasions be the requirement to cancel treatments, promotional offers, Titanic Spa Signature and Titanic Spa Break Collections. As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists, we have the following cancellation terms:
Individual Treatments and Hair Therapy
Please provide us with a minimum of 72 hrs notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 72 hrs will incur a 50% charge and within 24 hrs 100% will be charged.
Titanic Spa Signature, Titanic Spa Break Collections, Titanic Spa Heat Experience Day, Twilight Experience, Promotional Offers and Special Events.
We request that all packages, promotions and events are paid in full at the time of reservation and are non-refundable. Should you require to cancel your booking, we will provide an option to change your date and rebook an alternative date at no additional cost, when this request is made a minimum of 14 days prior to your visit to Titanic Spa. The option to change your date is offered once and should a further cancellation be necessary, the full cost of your original booking to visit Titanic Spa will be charged. In the event of a cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival the full cost of the original booking to visit Titanic Spa will be charged. Please note any last minute offers/availability carry the same booking and cancellation terms and conditions.
In the event of changes/amends being made to bookings relating to Promotions and Special Events, any date changes may only occur within the advertised promotion dates. Alternatively a monetary credit will offered against a full price package. Please also note that individual treatments booked in addition to your Spa Day/Break will become part of your package and be liable to the same terms and conditions. The Titanic Heat Experience Spa Day and Titanic Twilight Heat Experience fall under the terms and conditions for Titanic Spa Signature Collections.
Note We reserve the right to raise prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.
